Top to bottom, the Very best place to get a quick check-up! Incredibly fast scheduling and follow-through day-of, with hardly 15mins in the waiting room. Radiant positive energy from every staff member at reception, with wonderfully warm care from Corry (NP+) on staff later on. Dee was chipper and friendly while delivering care and support in several places at once; I didn't catch my lab tech's name, but she also provided impeccable care and focus, while multitasking with skill and grace. I'm so grateful, and very impressed. Despite the small clinic, these amazing folks make healthcare accessible and joyful.

I love my provider. However calling for an appointment or a med refill is impossible when you have people hang up on you after being on hold for a long amount of time(I was hing up on 4 times this morning). Its absolutely frustrating and grossly unprofessional! Please fix this! We have been going here for years now. This is insane!! Id like to be able to fix this review to 5 stars so PLEASE handle the issues asap!!

This clinic is amazing! The front desk staff is welcoming and professional. The nurses and providers are knowledgeable and supportive. Nafesah Paige is who I actually see there. She takes her time with each visit and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Her nurse, Tekuila, is amazing! Overall, the entire experience is always a great one! Thank you East Side!

I had an excellent experience at Neighborhood Health. Ms Catherine was very empathetic and helpful,Ms.Paige is amazing! She takes the best care of me. Miss Tequila gave me the best injection I've had in a long while. Thank you!
